By accessing and using DCS Predictive Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DCS Predictive Intelligence provides an AI-powered customer-retention platform for businesses such as businesses, salons, dental clinics, auto workshops and private clubs, including risk prediction, customer engagement, analytics and multi-location management.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). A 14-day free trial is available. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is yours. We store it securely and will never sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
